My Therapeutic Style & Approach:
People often seek out therapy because they feel stuck, in their careers, in their relationships, in their lives. I know what that’s like and how overwhelming it can feel. I became a therapist to help people overcome this struggle and get unstuck. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership; one that’s nurtured in a non-judgmental and safe environment. I see my role as a therapist as a relational partner in your process toward positive change.
Through working together, I help you find purpose and meaning in this world, so you can rediscover joy and be authentic in your life. I work with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, relationships, parenting, and vocational issues.
I draw from many different treatment modalities including Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. I truly enjoy helping others discover their happiness and believe it does not matter where you start in your journey; it only matters that you do!
